The Grant County Clerk is a constitutional office. The clerk is elected for a term of four years and can only serve two consecutive terms. The office manages all court filings, collects fees and fines, and issues various court documents. The clerk's office has warned residents about a scam in which a collection agency calls people demanding payment and threatening to place a lien on homes.
